Healing

Healing is one of the highest forms of mediumship. The healer thinks not of himself but only of the receiver of his healing.

Those of you who are healers chose to be so before you were born. Like all forms of mediumship, the choice was made in spirit between you and your spirit guides. You cannot learn to heal. You can be taught the necessary requirements within your material world. You can be taught the ethics of healing but you cannot learn how to heal. You are either a healer or you are not or to re-phrase this better, you are either a healing channel or you are not.

All mediumship works on the vibration of spirit and healing is no different. It is the vibration of energy that comes through to the recipient. The body, the psychic instrument, is formed and fashioned in such a manner that those healing energies may flow freely, unobstructed through to the recipient. Healers are born they are not made.

“If I cannot learn to be a healer what do I do?” Nothing! You attune. You sit in attunement. You lift your vibration, you blend with the spiritual guides and helpers that surround you. The more you attune, the more that vibration is blended, the more it becomes as one. You do nothing. It is spirit who works through you. It is spirit who channels that healing energy through you who really does the work. The greatest healers are the ones who do nothing. The greatest healers are the ones who say, “Here I am, use me.”

Healing is massive. There is much more about healing and healing power included as a development chapter in my book ‘So… You Want to Develop Spiritually?’ or you can contact me directly.

Excerpt from ‘A Medium’s Tale’ by Jenny Martin – Autobiography

“Now I had become friends with two lovely people since John Alexander’s Workshop in Eastbourne the previous year. One was Stacey, the person to whom I gave the clairvoyance when John saw Rosa, the gypsy guide with me and the other was Michael and they both knew Potters Bar Church. At the beginning of March, Michael came to stay for a couple of days and before he went home I gave him healing. The reason I am relating this is to explain that, much to my surprise, he was given both types of healing (Shamanic trance and ‘quiet’ healing) and when it was all over he confirmed that during one part of the session he had felt two lots of hands on his left arm! This was brilliant as it confirmed what Melanie had said about me having two sets of healing guides working with me. Great stuff!”

Why Jenny’s counselling is often ‘Clearing the Decks’, healing and even private tuition?   (A 3 in 1 service).

Astral Travel

After recalling a particularly vivid, unusual or disturbing dream you will hear me saying that ‘it sounds as though you are working in your sleep’. Firstly, you need to understand that you are never alone when this work takes place. Secondly, our spirit leaves our body when sleeping as it is only our physical body that needs to rest. Our spirit is infinite – like an eternal flame – it never goes out or needs to rest.

However, when your spirit leaves your body during sleep and comes into the realm of spirit, you are always escorted by the guides who walk with you and work with you. It is important that you understand that because no-one should ever travel through the astrals alone. You have to travel through the astrals to get to the higher realms of spirit so no-one ever travels through the astrals without the aid of their spiritual guides and helpers.

You may hear some people say, ‘Oh, I astral travel.’ In fact, it is very dangerous to do so unless you are with your guides. They should always be with you and it should always be a controlled situation. When you travel in your sleep, you are always protected by your spirit guides as the astral plane can be a dangerous place due to the lower vibrations of spirit which often dwell there in darkness.

Types of Work

There are different types of work which you can do in your sleep state. Those who are healers will be taken to give healing. Those who are ‘teachers’ go back to spirit to teach. Then there are those of us who undertake what we call rescue work. For those living in spirit, they consider this a teaching process – an enlightening process. Higher evolved spirit do not go down to the lower regions of the astrals as their very bright ‘light’ – their highly evolved energy – will harm an ignorant soul so they are not allowed to go.

But mediums have given spirit permission to be used in your sleep state…

To learn how to do this safely, there are sections on Astral Travel & Working in Your Sleep in my book with examples of this and physical phenomena. You can also gain spiritual training with my private tuitions.

Excerpt from ‘A Medium’s Tale’ by Jenny Martin – Autobiography

“That night I would once again have the most amazing experience, The fuzzy numb feeling like an anaesthetic awoke me from sleep and I knew something was going to happen. I was going to astral travel again. I felt the energy rush and the ‘splitting’ in two and the first thing I saw was a Greek temple like the Parthenon straight ahead of me in the distance… The first thing I saw were two nuns, one in the foreground and the other in the background. They were dressed in grey habits with white bands inside their wimples but I couldn’t see their faces. Next, I noticed two small fires in the ground, again, one in the foreground with the other further back and realized that it was the fire that was lighting up the room. I looked down again and saw that the floor was sand… Finally, I saw two round pools of water in the sandy ground, one near me and another further away. I really couldn’t believe what I was seeing as it all seemed so surreal but then I heard a voice say, “Yes, this is Spirit Hospital.” and I suddenly remembered the funeral that afternoon and what I had thought as Alex’s coffin was brought down the aisle. I had been given proof of what I had thought and it had been immediate. This was just too incredible for words. I felt the luckiest girl alive to be shown all this and once again, so privileged.”

Circles

There are different kinds of circles:-

  • An open circle where anyone can attend.
  • A closed circle for chosen members only.
  • A healing circle dedicated to healing.
  • A teaching circle done via trance or by direct teaching, this can be open or closed.
  • A working circle used by spirit to work for spirit, hopefully always closed!

Often the minute someone realises that they are psychic or mediumistic they think they must join a circle. They think this is the glamour or social status of a psychic or medium. They think this is how they can develop the quickest – wrong!

Circles aren’t glamorous

Circles aren’t glamorous and circles aren’t the exclusive way to develop either. To me, your attunements are your greatest opportunity to blend with spirit for your higher good.

A closed circle is always better for obvious reasons but the disciplines still apply. Asking for protection and closing down are the tools you must always apply and never forget. They are vital for your health and safety like wearing a hard hat when you ride a bike or visit a demolition site. You can learn how to do this by following the tutorial in my Development Book.

Spiritual Circles

Spiritual circles are brought together with a great deal of care by spirit which is the difference between a psychic circle and a spiritual one. It is brought into being by teamwork with spirit never by the will of the sitters. A circle’s harmony is built gradually, slowly, as each sitter is brought into the circle. When a circle is convened by spirit, the sitters are of like mind and their level of understanding is similar.

When you sit within a spiritual circle you do not sit for personal achievement. You are not brought into a spiritual circle for your own personal development, you are brought into a spiritual circle and asked to serve. The whole ethos of a spiritual circle is not demand, is not development, it is service. You do not choose what you are going to do either. You ask, ‘How may I serve? How may I best serve spirit and best enhance the work of this circle?’

If anyone ever asks you, ‘Want to join a circle?’ or words to that effect, be wary. If you are meant to be in a circle you will be asked or led in such a way that you know is right, not a casual, ‘Why don’t you join ours?’

More information about circles can be found in my book ‘So… You Want to Develop Spiritually?’ or you can contact me directly.
